Who runs this website
Protech Engine Solutions prepares the concepts and handles products and distribution. Aerotex Interiors Inc. manages this website and the client accounts on Protech’s behalf.
Public pages
The public pages don’t use tracking or advertising cookies. The Request a concept form doesn’t store anything on this website: it opens your own email app with your message, and we receive only what you choose to send.
Requesting access
If you use the Request access form, we store the details you enter (name, work email, company, job title, phone and message) and the IP address the request came from. We use them only to check the request against our client list and set up your account. Ask us at any time to delete a request.
Client accounts
Client accounts are created by Aerotex Interiors. For each account we store your name, work email, organization and role, a securely scrambled form of your password (we can’t read it), and when you last signed in.
Cookies
Signing in sets two cookies that the portal needs to work: a sign-in cookie, which ends after 8 hours without activity and after 7 days at most, and a security cookie that protects forms from being submitted by other websites. Neither is used for tracking.
Activity records
For security, and so Protech and Aerotex know what has been reviewed, the portal records sign-ins and failed sign-ins, concept pages viewed, files downloaded and changes to accounts, with the time and IP address. The portal administrators at Aerotex and Protech can see these records.
Feedback drafts
If you start a feedback form on a concept page, your draft is saved in your own browser so it isn’t lost if you leave the page. It isn’t sent to us until you email or copy it yourself.
Who can see client concepts
A concept is visible only to people with an account in the organization it was prepared for, once Protech has published it, and to the portal administrators. Files are sent only through short-lived links that work for the signed-in person they were created for.
Where it’s stored
The website, its database and client files are hosted by Cloudflare.
